We declare You are “the Lord who provides” Genesis 22:14

“He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given”

Proverbs 19:17.

We thank You for the spirit of generosity which has rested upon this nation for many years, providing for those in need in our own land and across the continents.

We recognise and affirm the wisdom of Your word concerning priorities and principles 1 Timothy 5: 8.

In the Name of Jesus, we repent over every financial promise, commitment and allocation of funds made through Foreign Aid which has violated Your will, Your values or Your word.

We come into agreement with Your word in Luke 12:42, “Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household…” and we speak Your wisdom to all those responsible for the allocation of government department budgets.

In the Name of Jesus, we decree within this nation the Foreign Aid budget will be allocated and spent fully in alignment with Kingdom purposes, principles and priorities, that the United Kingdom will display Your glory, leading the way, marked out by the wisdom of its stewardship of people, finance and resources.

Thank you so much to everyone who is praying with us for the nation at this time. During the remainder of August, we will be sending out less declarations than usually. Have a great summer, but remain alert!
